About Foothills Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Centers

All of the Foothills Sports Medicine Physical Therapy facilities are locally owned, full service rehabilitation centers. We have a team of physical therapists who pride themselves on getting positive results with patients through individualized care and "hands-on" physical therapy.

Since its inception in 2000, Foothills Sports Medicine has successfully rehabilitated acute and chronic injuries, ranging from auto accidents to overuse injuries. The founder of Foothills Sports Medicine, Michael Basten PT, DPT, MTC, ATC, CSCS, worked in the greater Phoenix area for 10 years with amateur and professional athletes including Diamondbacks, Cardinals, ASU Athletics, and Professional Hockey Leagues.

Foothills Sports Medicine now has twelve physical therapy facilities located throughout Phoenix and the surrounding metropolitan areas.
