"Try-athlon" Training!Begins week of August 18th (sign-ups begin August 4th) Training will include gradual progression in all 3 disciplines. Some key components of the program include: 2 weekly spins at Revolution, 1 outdoor ride, 2 weekly swims, 2-3 weekly runs, 3 group swim workouts and the local public lap pool, and 2-3 "bricks" (bike/run workouts) "Beat the Eat" - 12 Week Body Challenge August 23rd - November 15th (sign-ups begin August 4th) This 12 week competition will harness your desire to reach your goals! The program includes a pre-test and post-test in seven different categories (i.e. resting heart rate, body weight, body fat, etc.), a Personal Health Journal, bi-monthly fitness challenges, indoor cycling, and more!
