This program is based on a 4-5 day-a-week training schedule consisting of speed training, strength training, pillars, regeneration and combine-specific drills including 40-yard dash, pro-agility shuttle, bench press, broad jump, vertical jump and 3-cone drill. We fully develop and integrate the skills necessary to transfer faster, more explosive movements to the football field and customize training to the individual athlete. Core & Dynamic Flexibility: It's time to work on core and total body strength and flexibility. Excellent beginner fitness class. Great for anyone wanting to get back to a regular and structured fitness schedule. - Personal Training
- Boot Camp: You will utilize kettle bells, basic free weights, stability balls, balance disks, bands, body weight, speed treadmills and other strengthening and conditioning techniques to strengthen and tone your ENTIRE body.
