We currently have two of these patients.....has anyone seen this before? Both patients are teenage girls with a history of patella dislocations. The VMO advancement is meant to help pull the patella medially (VMO is reattached more distal on patella). Does anyone have any idea about how aggressive we can be? Also, any concern with OKC activities? There are a few protocols I've found online that have been helpful....that's about it.
