    Jeff Moyer - PT, MPT, ATC, CSCS

    Jeff Moyer is originally from Michigan where he received his Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Central Michigan University in 1993. While pursuing his degree, Jeff worked as the university’s athletic trainer for the wrestling, hockey, football and baseball teams and as head athletic trainer for Gabriel Richard High School in Ann Arbor, MI. Jeff also gained valuable experience at the university's prestigious MedSport Physical Therapy Center where he served as testing coordinator in strength, flexibility, and aerobic capacity for pre-NHL draft athletes. He headed south to the University of Miami to complete his Masters in Physical Therapy. While in Florida, Jeff worked as staff athletic trainer for the University of Miami. Giving up the humidity for a dryer heat, Jeff moved to Phoenix in 1999. Since moving to the valley, Jeff has specialized in orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation helping patients of all ages and abilities maximize their potential with hands-on therapy and training.

  • Jennifer Hawkins

    Jennifer Hawkins - PT, DPT

    Jennifer is a native of Phoenix, Arizona where she developed her appreciation of physical therapy while playing soccer. Jennifer graduated with a BS in Health Education from Northern Arizona University in 2000. She went on to graduate with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University in 2004. Jennifer has a very hands-on, personable approach with her patients and endeavours to make therapy fun to help people meet their functional and personal goals. Professional specialties include: ASTYM certified, orthopedics, manual therapy and sports physical therapy. Jennifer enjoys the outdoors including hiking and skiing. She is married with two dogs and a little girl due September 2009.

  • Leah Harris - PT, MPT, ATC

    Leah is a native of Phoenix, Arizona and graduated from Grand Canyon University with a BS in Athletic Training in 2003. Leah worked as an athletic trainer before continuing her education at Hunter College in New York City, and graduated with a Master’s in Physical Therapy in 2008. She enjoys working with the orthopedic population and has adopted a hands-on approach for all of her patients treatments.

  • Suzy Schumacher - PT, MPT, ATC

    Suzy graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy in 1995 from Rockhurst College in Kansas City, Missouri. She has over fourteen years of experience treating a variety of injuries in different outpatient settings including neurological rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, joint replacement and post surgical rehabilitation. Suzy places a heavy emphasis on manual therapy and functional rehabilitation to help patients have excellent results and achieve their goals. Saying Suzy is also an “avid runner” would be an understatement to the fact that she has qualified for the 2004 and 2008 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials.

  • Phyllis Euley

    Phyllis Euley, PT 

    Originally from Wausau, Wisconsin, Phyllis attended University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and Mayo Clinic School of Allied Health Sciences in Rochester, Minnesota.  Since that time she has accumulated many years of experience in hospital and outpatient rehabilitation programs. When she relocated to Maryland, Phyllis worked at Prince Georges County Hospital as the Physical Therapy Supervisor of the chronic disease wing. She later became Director of Physical Therapy at Montgomery General Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland, and eventually went on to open an outpatient clinic in Maryland.  Phyllis and her husband relocated to Arizona in 1998 and she worked for spinal surgeon Dr. James Maxwell until she joined the staff of Foothills Sports Medicine in 2010.
