  • Doug Meyrose - DPT

    Doug completed his Bachelor's, Master’s and Doctorate Degrees at St. Louis University in Illinois. In Chicago, Doug managed an outpatient orthopedic clinic for one of the largest physical therapy providers in the midwest. His personal and professional interests are focused on orthopedics and sports related injuries. Doug has been most actively involved with rugby, having played for St. Louis University, the Chicago Griffins and now Tempe Rugby Club. He also participates in adventure races, mountain biking, running, triathlon and golf. Due to Doug’s participation in competitive sports, he understands what it takes to rehabilitate athletes to return them to their fullest potential.Doug aims to individualize a treatment program that will safely challenge each patient within his or her desired tolerance to facilitate healing. He also believes in preventative care and has given community presentations and health screenings to promote wellness.

    David Bayliff, PT, MPT

    A North Carolina native, David was a member of the tennis team at Wake Forest University where he earned his BS in 1988. After receiving his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 1994, he relocated to Arizona. David enjoys working with all age groups and he has a wide-range of hands-on orthopedic skills.  His love and knowledge of tennis have given him the opportunity to work with tennis players from adolescent-beginner to professional (ATP Tour). He is published on a national junior tennis website for his article on “Tennis Elbow: Getting to the Root of the Problem”. His primary goal with every patient is to help them get back to a functional, pain-free lifestyle. In addition to playing tennis, David is also an avid runner and competes in half marathons. David is motivated and inspired by his son, Reece and his daughter, Sydney.

    Matt Midkiff, PT, DPT, CSCS

    Matt Midkiff has been practicing for nine years with a strong background in sports medicine and post-surgical rehabilitation. He has his doctorate in physical therapy from AT Still University and also holds his national strength and conditioning certification. Matt was the official Physical Therapist for the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League in 2008 and also brings a passion for soccer and performance training to Foothills. He played collegiate soccer at Westmont College in Santa Barbara and has been a professional staff coach at Sereno Soccer Club for fifteen years. Matt is ASTYM certified and has used the technique coupled with other manual therapy to successfully rehabilitate many patients.
