  • Andrew Moriarty - PT, MPT, MTC

    Andy was born and raised in Tucson and he completed his graduate work at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Florida, where he received a Master of Physical Therapy degree in 1999. Andy received his manual therapy certification from the University of St. Augustine in April 2005. Since his return from Florida, Andy has practiced in a wide variety of settings in the physical therapy profession including: outpatient orthopaedics and sports medicine, hand therapy, neurological comprehensive rehabilitation, inpatient orthopaedics, and acute care. Andy’s hands-on approach enables him to deliver quality, personalized care to all his patients ensuring their return to full level of function. Andy has maintained a philosophy since joining his profession that he treats all of his patients as if they were his own friend or relative. He is committed to helping patients achieve their goals of living an active, healthy lifestyle - pain free.

  • Jennifer Rivera - PT, MPT, DPT

    Jennifer was born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Arizona. She then received both her Master and Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degrees from Nova Southeastern University in South Florida. After graduating, Jennifer began her career in Florida working both in orthopedics and podiatrics. She has worked with a variety of patients ranging from young children to geriatrics. Jennifer joined the Foothill Sports Medicine team in October of 2008. She believes in a hands-on approach with functional training in a welcoming and fun environment.

    In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys socializing with her family and friends, traveling, riding bikes, water and snow skiing, and camping.

    Kristy Colt, MSPT, ATC, PES

    Kristy comes to Foothills Sports Medicine following over twelve years of physical therapy experience in orthopedics. She earned her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the Krannert School of Physical Therapy at the University of Indianapolis. Prior to that, she received a Masters of Science in Athletic Training from West Virginia University. As a collegiate soccer player and avid runner, Kristy’s interest in sports performance led her to earn a Performance Enhancement Specialist Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Kristy’s experience has enabled her to help a wide variety of patients with a functional hands-on approach tailored to the individual and their specific goals. Originally from Massachusetts, Kristy enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with her husband Tom and their two children, Caroline and Tommy.
