  • Clint Borman, PT, DPT, MTC

    Clint received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, FL in 2005. He completed his Master of Physical Therapy in 1999 and Bachelor of Science (BS) from San Diego State University in Athletic Training in 1993. He is a certified Manual Therapist with advanced training in the examination and treatment of the spine and extremities including spinal manipulation and skilled passive extremity mobilizations. His experience encompasses spinal dysfunction, orthopedics, post-surgical care, sports medicine/conditioning, neurological conditions and geriatrics. Throughout his 13 years of rehabilitation experience he has incorporated a hands-on, functional approach to each treatment plan and prides himself on getting results. Clint is a clinical instructor for physical therapy interns and guest lectures in Anatomy and Physiology at Arizona State University.

    Tiffany Guttierez, ATC

    As a native Arizona resident, Tiffany attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ where she received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Athletic Training in the Spring of 2005. After graduating from NAU, she continued to further her education at Arizona State University where she obtained her Masters Degree in Higher and Post Secondary Education. Her experience in the field of athletic training has included working with ASU football and softball teams. In addition, she has had the privilege of working the 2004 Sun Bowl in El Paso, TX and the NCAA Softball World Series in Oklahoma City, OK between the years of 2005-2007. Since Fall 2007, she has been the Head Athletic Trainer for the Willow Canyon Wildcats in Surprise, AZ.

    Melissa Schneider, ATC/L

    Melissa graduated from San Diego State University in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Athletic Training. Melissa has seven years experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer. She started her career in athletic training at a physical therapy clinic in Arizona and was head athletic trainer for South Mountain Community College for three years.  Melissa has had the privilege of covering the JUCO World Series for Division I Baseball in 2005 as well as the Men’s Division II Basketball National Championship in Kentucky.  In her years of experience, Melissa has become more knowledgeable in therapeutic rehabilitation for many diverse injuries. She continues to grow in her education with hands on techniques associated with the care and well-being of athletes and patients.  When she is not working, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons in Surprise, Arizona.

    Shaun Ruckman, PT, DPT

    Shaun received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Duke University and completed his Bachelor of Science in both Biology and Psychology at Virginia Tech.  His clinical experience includes post-surgical rehabilitation, spinal dysfunction, orthopedics, and sports-specific disorders.  Shaun is also currently pursuing advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy.  Throughout his career, he has continued an active membership in the Orthopedic Section and Sports Section of the American Physical Therapy Association, which has allowed him to maintain an evidence-based approach to treatment.  His athletic background in competitive swimming as well as distance running also allows him to personalize the rehabilitation program to the athlete.  As a practitioner, Shaun’s primary goal is to provide the highest possible level of patient care, which he achieves through the use of manual techniques and therapeutic exercise.

    Janene Alcantar, PT, DPT

    Janene graduated in 2006 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University.  She also received her B.S in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University. She has received training in manual therapy which enables her to understand and treat pain conditions and movement dysfunctions. Her experience has included treating orthopedic, neurological, and post- surgical patients to restore them to a pain free and active lifestyle. Janene is a native to Arizona. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

    Jason Reese, DPT

    Jason received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from A.T Still University in 2009 and his Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a minor in Communications from Brigham Young University in 2006. His clinic experience includes post-surgical rehabilitation, orthopedics, geriatrics, and sports rehabilitation. As an athlete, Jason is familiar with sports related injuries and the rehab process. He is constantly improving his skills to help athletes return to sports quickly as well as helping all patients return to what they enjoy most.  Having lived in Chile and Spain, Jason loves the Spanish language and enjoys working with Spanish speaking clients.  Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and children, snow skiing, mountain biking, running, swimming, music, soccer, and football.
