Rob, originally from the Chicago area, received his B.S. in Physical Therapy from Marquette University in 1987. He began his career rotating through several therapy specialties at the University of Michigan Hospitals and Clinics in Ann Arbor, Michigan. During that time he also coached a wheelchair basketball team.
After a summer spent backpacking throughout Europe, he returned to his roots in Chicago where he worked in two different sports medicine clinics. Rob then moved out west and spent a few years working in both outpatient orthopedic and inpatient rehabilitation clinics as a traveling or “locum tenens” physical therapist. He settled in Tucson in 1995 where he developed and managed two different outpatient clinics for a rehabilitation hospital.
Rob enjoys the hands-on approach to patient care and employs a wide variety of manual therapy techniques. He believes that a well informed and educated patient speeds recovery and produces optimal outcomes.
When Rob is not spending time with his wife and two girls, he enjoys camping, hiking and mountain biking with his two Labrador Retrievers.
