Travis received his bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in strength and conditioning from ASU in Tempe AZ. While at ASU Travis completed internships at the HIT Center and Athletes Performance where he worked with many populations ranging from junior athletes to professional athletes and the general population. Travis has an extensive athletic background; he played college football at Adams State College and played football, basketball, and baseball in high school. Travis' goal is to help all athletes and clients reach their full potential, take their game to the next level, and reduce chances of injury through functional training.
