Brian is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and received his Bachelors of Science in Sports Medicine with a concentration in Exercise Physiology. He played one year of college football before becoming a nationally certified strength and conditioning specialist and pursuing a career in personal and post rehabilitation training. Brian has over 10 years of experience training athletes of all skill levels and sports such as NFL, NBA, college athletes, high school and recreational athletes.
