Melanie, originally from San Diego, received her undergraduate degree from The University of California at Santa Barbara and her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St Augustine in Florida. She has over 8 years of clinical experience treating patients with a wide variety of orthopedic injuries. As a result of her experience and commitment to learning she is recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). Melanie uses an eclectic mix of manual therapy techniques and a functionally based approach to therapeutic exercise to help expedite her patient’s recovery from injury. Her goal is to always make therapy a fun and enjoyable experience. In her spare time Melanie enjoys hiking, yoga, running, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
